• Lead the Adult teaching on Sunday morning and seek to grow participation. 

• Must be flexible and willing teach other age groups as programs develop.  

• Recruit and train volunteers to lead and teach various age-groups.

• Support existing Children's Director and volunteers to ensure unity of the discipleship vision and plan.

• Participate weekly in the Worship Service through Prayer and Scripture reading.

• Prepare to preach each 4th or 5th week within the current series of a Book.  

• Participate in leading and creating church events and outreach functions.

• Participate fully in the church’s life and vision. Membership will be discussed.

• Serve joyfully and humbly as part of a gospel-centered leadership team committed to revitalization.

• Model Christian maturity, integrity, and a heart for mission in every area of service.

 

Qualifications and Training:

• Has obtained or completing a Biblical and Theological degree. 

• Applicants can be single or married. 

• Current students are encouraged to apply and would obtain valuable experience. 

• Serve within agreement of the foundational beliefs of the Baptist Faith and Message 2000. 

• A heart for connecting with the unchurched in the community.

• Will meet regularly with Senior Pastor to ensure a unified vision for the worship service.

Hours AND Benefits

• Work Hours: 6-8 hours per week which consists of Sunday and occasional weekday night.

• Benefits:

  • $200 weekly.      

  • Future supplemental income will be discussed.
